Fungicides for Home Garden Use in New York State

Cornell Garden-Based Learning – Provides educators and gardeners with inspiring, research-based gardening resources and professional development to support engaging, empowering, and relevant learning experiences for youth, adults, and communities.

Cornell Master Gardener Volunteer Program – Prepares volunteers to be peer educators who build relationships with community audiences. Volunteers integrate local experience and research-based knowledge in planning for and initiating steps to manage gardens, lawns, and landscapes. They emphasize on food security and environmental stewardship.

Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Local Offices – Contacts to help you find local expertise for your plant problems.  Services vary from county to county in New York State. But many counties have Extension educators and/or Master Gardener Volunteer hotlines that can help you solve plant disease problems or design your gardens and landscapes to avoid them.

Insect Diagnostic Laboratory – Based in Cornell’s Department of Entomology, the Insect Diagnostic Lab can help identify insects and related arthropods, and provide management suggestions if needed.  $25 fee for samples or photos submitted to the lab for ID helps fund the lab.

Cornell Soil Health Lab – Provides standardized information on important soil biological and physical constraints in addition to standard nutrient analyses.
